摘　　要：近年来,宁夏、江苏等省(自治区,以下统称省份)对高校教育收费标准进行了调整,学费普遍出现大幅度上涨,引起了社会的高度关注。结合全国高等教育收费标准实际,研究了调整高等教育收费标准的主要原因及其影响因素,提出应从科学、合理确定高等教育成本、继续增加高等教育财政投入、加强高等院校收费管理等方面完善高等教育收费的政策建议。In recent years, Ningxia, Jiangsu and other provinces adjusts the higher education charge standard, and the tuition increases sharply, which has attracted the high social attention. By combining the reality of national higher education charge standard, this paper studies the main reason and the influencing factors of adjusting higher education charge standard, proposes that the higher education cost should be determined scientifically and reasonably, the financial input should be kept increasing,the charge management of the higher school should be strengthened.
