摘 要:基于对棉秆芯中木质素的研究,得到原材料棉秆芯中纤维素含量为44.1%,多戊糖24.09%,木质素24%,确定影响去除棉秆芯中木质素的因素分别为蒸煮时间、有机酸浓度、固液比、催化剂用量等。利用单因子试验,分别确定各因子的影响范围,再利用正交试验对比分析,最终得到木质素最优去除工艺为:固液比1∶8,醋酸浓度90%,时间3.0 h,催化剂用量1.5%。本研究初步提出有机弱酸(醋酸)用于棉秆芯中木质素的去除,研究方法与结论可为同类研究提供参考。Based on the study of cotton stalk cores, raw cotton stalk cores is obtained cellulose content of 44.10%, pentosan 24.09% and ligin is 24% and paper with hardwood or less, it has can be developed; but the lignin content of 24.00%, determine the factors effecting the removal of lignin cotton stalk core are cooking time, the concentration of organic acids, solid - liquid ratio, amount of catalyst, etc. Using sin- gle factor test to determine the impact of each factor range, re - use orthogonal comparative analysis of the factors affecting the effect of the removal of lignin, cotton stalk finally get the optimal core lignin removal process as follows : liquid ratio is 1 : 8, the concentration of acetic acid is 90%, time is 3.0 h, the amount of catalyst is 1.5 %. The preliminary study presented a weak organic acid (acetic acid) is used to remove lignin cotton stalk core, the methods and results can provide a reference for similar studies.
