摘 要:我国微波电真空器件经过十几年的快速发展,成果显著,有力地保障了武器装备的需求。近年来随着固态器件的发展和竞争,电真空器件军品需求增长速度出现放缓趋势,电真空器件研制生产企业面临发展瓶颈。作者对国内外微波电真空器件领域的两用技术的发展历史和现状进行了对比分析,从军民融合发展的角度阐述了电真空器件军民相容、军民相济、持续快速发展的必要性和紧迫性。作者还指出:必须在思想、体制和制度方面进行持续变革,通过规划发展战略、专项支持等手段,实现电真空器件军民两用技术有效融合,并实现可持续发展。With rapid development for more than 10 years,basically remarkable achievements were obtained in microwave vacuum electron devices(VEDs)field,which satisfied the requirements of military electronic information systems.In recent years,with the rapid development from solid state devices,the VEDs have to face the competition from SSDs.This situation leads to a slowing down demand growth rate of military requirements,then the VEDs producers are facing difficulties developing of the developing history and present situation of dual-use technology of domestic and foreign microwave vacuum electron devices were analyzed and compared.The necessity and emergency of civil-military compatible,civil-military co-supporting and continuous fast development of vacuum electron devices were elaborated from the point of civil-military integration developing.Author also suggested that reform must be made in thoughts,systems and regulations,and strategic planning and special supporting must be carried out to promote the effective integration as well as sustainable development of dual-use technology of vacuum electron devices.
