摘 要:依据近年来新型火炮光电仪器维修保障实际,设计研制的自行火炮制氮充氮设备以空气为原料,碳分子筛(CMS)为吸附剂,利用变压吸附原理,根据氧氮气体分子向微孔内扩散速度差异特性进行氧氮分离制取氮气。运用可编程逻辑器件控制主机运行,确保精确输出压力。本文概括了该设备的主要技术特点,分析了应用前景及预期的军事经济效益。According to the actuality of maintenance support to photoelectric device in recent years, this nitrogen producing and filling equipment is developed. The equipment uses atmosphere as material and carbon molecular sieve as absorbent. On the basis of the pressure swing absorption theory that the diffusion velocity is different when oxygen and nitrogen diffuse into micropore, the equipment can make oxygen by oxygen nitrogen separation technology. Then it uses the programmable logic component to control the equipment working in order to output the precise gas pressure. This paper mainly introduces technical characteristics of the equipment, and analyzes the broad application prospects, evident military and economic benefits.
