摘　　要：通过对国内外日间手术的内涵、病种准入范围、病人准入标准进行比较研究,详细介绍了上海市级医院日间手术的内涵及适用范围界定,以期为国内其他地区日间手术开展提供参考借鉴。同时指出,各地区在开展日间手术过程中,首先要考虑界定与当地社会环境和医疗水平相适应的日间手术适宜范围,各医院在开展日间手术初期,应根据医院的实际情况制定病人的准入标准和病种(术种),切忌照搬照抄,病种(术种)宜从易到难,病人准入条件宜严格把关,在实践中逐步扩展范围,确保病人的医疗安全。Based on the comparative analysis of the concept, the scope of disease admission and patient admission standard of ambulatory surgery in China and abroad, the concept and adapting scope of ambulatory surgery in Shanghai municipal hospital was discussed to give some reference for promoting ambulatory surgery. It needs to consider economic and social development situation and medical technology when defining ambulatory surgery scope. Patient admission standard and disease admission scope should be defined according to hospital situation and should not copy others＇. It is considered to define ambulatory surgery disease in order of difficulties to assure patient safety.
