摘　　要：目的:调查研究上海市级医院日间手术开展现状和初步成效。方法:通过问卷调查及关键知情人访谈等方法,对上海市级医院开展日间手术情况进行研究。结果:上海已有28家三级医院开展日间手术,医院数量和病例数总体规模在全国领先,部分病种优势突出。同时,医院间在开展规模、管理模式、病种范围及质控规范、手术流程等存在差异。部分市级医院在管理运行和工作成效方面已显示出示范效应。结论:上海市级医院日间手术已取得很大成效,但当前日间手术发展还面临医院外部因素、管理因素等一些制约,这些问题还需要主管部门的支持、同行协作以及医院管理者、医务人员的共同努力。Objective： To assess the status quo and effectiveness of ambulatory surgery in Shanghai municipal hospitals. Methods： The status quo of ambulatory surgery in Shanghai municipal hospitals were researched by questionnaire and in-depth interview. Results： There are 28 municipal hospitals carrying out ambulatory surgery in Shanghai. It leads the nation in the amount of hospitals which carry out ambulatory surgery and surgery quantity. It shows advantage in some disease. Survey shows that the scale, management pattern, disease range, quality standard and the operation procedure are different significantly among hospitals. Many hospitals have demonstrative performance in management and results. Conclusions： It has got much effectiveness for carrying out ambulatory surgery in Shanghai, but there are still many difficulties such as external factors and management factors influencing ambulatory surgery development and needs government, hospital and medical staff jointly solving.
