Research on the attitude of stakeholders towards ambulatory surgery in Shanghai municipal hospitals

摘　　要：采用关键知情人访谈法与部分上海市级医院日间手术分管院长、医务处负责人、日间手术中心负责人进行深入访谈,并对上海市开展日间手术的市级医院130名管理者、232名医务人员以及400名患者进行问卷调查。结果显示,日间手术得到各方面的广泛认同,普遍认为日间手术具有较强发展优势,发展前景明朗,提示日间手术具有进一步推广的基础。同时相关各方均各自集中反映了一些需要改进的问题,医院管理者认为日间手术存在病种范围有待规范、病历记录等相关医疗文书繁琐、医务人员的激励性措施不足等问题,医务人员认为激励措施、管理模式、增加日间手术病种等方面是日间手术需要改进的方面,患者对于日间手术等待时间的满意程度相对较低。This study used in-depth interview with hospital dean, medical affair director and ambulatory surgical center director, and conducted a questionnaire survey in municipal hospitals with 130 administrators, 232 medical staffs and 400 patients. It revealed that most respondents had supportive attitude towards ambulatory surgery and considered that it had a good prospect. Ambulatory surgery has some foundation in further extension. All the concerned mentioned many problems respectively. Administrators considered that it includes standardization of disease arrangement, complicated medical records and misalignment of incentives. Medical staff considered that many aspects need improve, such as incentives, management pattern and increasing the number of disease. Patients were less satisfied with waiting time.
