摘　　要：目的:分析克拉玛依市公立医院改革的举措及成效,为克拉玛依市和我国边疆地区公立医院的发展提供决策依据。方法:对克拉玛依市内的所有公立医院进行问卷调查。结果:调查显示,克拉玛依市卫生人员配置逐渐完备,门急诊和住院人次数增加,医疗服务质量提高,医疗服务能力也有明显提升,但仍存在一些问题。结论:克拉玛依市公立医院的改革取得了一定的成效,但公立医院布局需优化,医务人员队伍需稳定,应增强医、教、研能力,控制门急诊药品费用。Objectives： To analyze the outcomes and future directions of public hospital reform in Karamay of Xin Jiang Uighur Autonomous Region in order to provide the evidence for decision making in the city as well as in other frontier regions of China. Methods： Questionnaire survey of all public hospitals in Karamay was conducted and the outcomes were analyzed. Results Health personnel configuration of Karamay has been gradually completed, the quantity of the medical service has been increased, and the quality and the ability have been improved, but there are still some problems. Conclusion The public hospital reform in Karamay had received some good outcomes. But Karamay needs to adjust the public hospital＇s setting and allocating, needs to stabilize the personnel of public hospitals, needs to enhance the competence of public hospitals in medical care, medical education and medical research, and needs to control the cost of medicine in outpatient and emergency care.
