摘　　要：全面阐述了研究型护理的概念与内涵,从提高护理服务质量、持续护理创新、培养高层次护理人才、发挥护理专业价值等特征入手,系统探讨了更新服务理念、创新管理机制、聚焦创新人才、构建科研平台等建设实践和措施,以及创建研究型护理的成效和意义。This article described the concept, the connotation and the characteristics of the researching nursing which defines as establishing and improving the standard of nursing service and technique, training the high-level nursing staff by nursing research to provide optimum patient care and embody the professional value. The recommendations of practicing it include updating nursing philosophy, innovating management mechanism, improving nursing staff training, constructing scientific researching platform and so on. The effectiveness and meanings of developing researching nursing mode is also described.
