摘 要:核潜艇作为海军水下战略装备,在海军力量中占有举足轻重的地位。核潜艇用核动力替代常规柴动力有其明显的优越性,但同时也带来了安全隐患。其动力装置是核反应堆,一旦核潜艇出现故障,很可能会引起核泄漏,那么艇员的生命安全就会受到威胁,而且比一般的潜艇故障的伤亡系数高。近年来,潜艇巡航过程中出现的事故经常发生,特别是俄罗斯海军第二代战略核潜艇“库尔斯克”号失事,引起了各国对援潜救生的普遍重视,因此,潜艇救生设备不断完善,逐渐形成了一个援潜体系。本文分析了核潜艇核事故源项,研究分析了辐射监测技术在核潜艇救生方面的应用。As a navy underwater strategy equipment, nuclear submarine occupies a prominent position in navy's strength. Nuclear submarine has an obvious advantage, but also has potential safety hazard because it uses nuclear energy instead of diesel engine power. Its power plant is nuclear reactor, which maybe lead to nuclear reveal once it breaks down, then it's a threaten to boatman's life. Also it's more serious than general submarine. In recent years, submarine trouble usually takes place in its cruise process, especially Russian navy's second generation strategy nuclear submarine "Kursk" crash, caused all countries to pay attention to lifesaving of submarine rescue. Therefore, the equipments of lifesaving in submarine have been developed and now become a rescue system. This text aims at analyzing the resource of nuclear accident and the radiation monitoring technique in the aspect of lifesaving in nuclear submarine.
