京津冀鲁一体化视域下山东半岛城市群发展思路分析

摘　　要：环渤海地区依托京津两个大都市,在"双核"拉动"多核"的基础上,依托完善的交通网络,可以在京津冀鲁范围内构建"京石济三角形",实现京津冀鲁一体化发展。但是山东半岛内的很多不利因素制约了京津冀鲁一体化,城市分散且未形成区域中心、腹地内小城市发展程度低、缺乏省际合作意识、城市间缺乏整合。京津冀鲁是环渤海区域的重要组成部分,实行京津冀鲁的大区域整合,需要在城市体系的构建方面下工夫。为此需要构建"三条城市链"和"四个城市子团":"沿海城市链""保青城市链""石济城市链"和"石家庄城市团""济南城市团""青岛城市团""潍坊城市团"。Circum-Bohai-Sea region depends on two metropolises of Beijing and Tianjin. On the basis of＂dualcore＂ pulling ＂multi-core＂, by relying on the perfect traffic network, ＂Beijing-Shijiazhuang-Jinan triangle＂can be built within the scope of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Shandong provinces, and the integration development of Beijing-TianjinHebei-Shandong can be realized in this way. But many adverse factors in Shandong peninsula restrict the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shandong region, which include： urban dispersion and regional center not formed, underdevelopment of the small cities in the hinterland, lack of inter-provincial co-consciousness, insufficient integration between cities. To realize the large area integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shandong which is the important part of the Bohai-ring region, it is necessary to build urban system and ＂three-city chain＂ and ＂four-city group＂. ＂Three-city chain＂ includes ＂coastal city chain＂＂Bao-Qing city chain＂ and ＂Shi-Ji city chain＂; ＂Four-city group＂ includes ＂Shijiazhuang city group＂＂Jinan city group＂＂Qingdao city group＂and＂Weifang city group＂.
