藿胆滴丸联合头孢米诺治疗急性化脓性鼻窦炎58例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨藿胆滴丸联合头孢米诺治疗急性化脓性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将116例急性化脓性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,治疗组予藿胆滴丸联合头孢米诺治疗,对照组予复方氨酚烷胺联合头孢米诺治疗,疗程一周。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.10%和82.75%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论藿胆滴丸联合头孢米诺治疗急性化脓性鼻窦炎疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huodan dripping pills combined with cefminox for treatment of acute purulent sinusitis. Methods： 116 cases of acute purulent sinusitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 58 cases. Treatment group was administered Huodan dripping pills combined with cefminox. Control group was administered compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride combined with cefminox, regimens 10~14 days. Results： The clinic efficacy of treatment group and control group was 93.10% and 82.75% respectively. The difference was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Huodan dripping pills combined with cefminox for treatment of acute purulent sinusitis has significant effect.
