摘 要:为解决潘三煤矿顺层钻孔封孔不严造成消突效果差和CO超标的问题,结合矿井煤层实际情况,提出了一种新封孔工艺瓦斯抽采技术,此项技术包括选择初凝时间可调、流动性强的速凝膨胀封孔剂,带压封孔以及增加封孔长度等措施。经1762(3)综采工作面现场实践证明,顺层钻孔抽采浓度大幅增加,CO超标现象明显减少,封孔效果良好。In order to solve the problem in Pansan Coal Mine that in- seam borehole poorly sealed leads to bad effect of outburst elimination and carbon monoxide exceeding the critical value,according to the conditions of coal seam in Pansan Coal Mine,a new sealing technique was proposed,using a new sealing material with good fluidity and rapid distensibility,and injecting material into the boreholes with high pressure and increasing sealing length. According to the field practice in Panel 1762( 3),the drained out gas concentration increased dramatically,and the cases of carbon monoxide exceeding the critical value decreased. The effect of borehole sealing is good.
