摘　　要：癣是临床常见的皮肤病,以传染性、病程长、反复发作为特点。通过对明代医家陈实功所著《外科正宗》一书中有关癣病的临床表现、病因病机、治则治法进行整理总结,探讨其学术思想、治疗特色。Tinea is a kind of skin disease. Clinically, it is a frequently-occurring disease with characteristics of infectious, long course of disease and recurrent attacks. This article make a collation and a summarize of tinea＇s clinical manifestation, etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutically principles and treatment which record in Orthodox Manual of External Diseases wrote by Chen Shigong, a famous surgeon in Ming Dynasty, in order to discuss Chen＇s surgery academic idea and therapeutic character.
