摘  要:目的:研究象皮生肌膏对压疮缺血再灌注损伤大鼠新生肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋白含量的影响。方法:在SD雄性大鼠大腿部建立压疮体表皮肤缺损创面模型,随机分为实验组、阳性对照组和空白对照组,每组10只,实验组外用象皮生肌膏,阳性对照组使用水胶体敷料,空白对照组外敷生理盐水纱布。治疗后的第7天、第14天、第21天、第28天取创伤组织制成组织切片,观察其病理学变化。观察外用象皮生肌膏对大鼠溃疡愈合时间及愈合率的影响,比较3组大鼠肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋(fibronectin,FN)含量。结果:3组溃疡创面愈合率及愈合时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组大鼠新生肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋白含量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:象皮生肌膏能提高压疮缺血再灌注损伤大鼠新生肉芽组织中纤维结合蛋白含量,对压疮伤口愈合有促进作用。Objective: To research the effects of Elephantiasis myogenic cream(象皮生肌膏) on fibronectin content in new granulation tissue of pressure sore of rats with Ischemia-reperfusion Injury. Methods: The SD male rats were used to prepare Ⅲstage of pressure sores of animal model, then they were randomly divided into experimental group, positive control group and blank control group. The experimental group received external Elephantiasis myogenic cream, the positive control group received hydrocolloid dressing, and the blank control group were pressed with saline solution. The wound tissue was taken to make the tissue biopsies on the 7th, 14 th, 21 th, 28 th days after the treatment, then to observe the pathological changes of wound tissue and dynamically observe the influence of Elephantiasis myogenic cream on healing time and healing rate of the ulcers. The content of fibronectin(FN) was compared between the three groups of granulation tissue in rats. Results: The ulcer healing time and the dynamic healing rate of three groups was statistically significance(P〈0.05). FN of rats in the experimental group and the control group in granulation tissue was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Elephantiasis myogenic cream can increase the content of FN in granulation tissue in rats, also can promote wound healing.
