上肢洗方联合补骨胶囊对桡骨远端骨折术后功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察上肢洗方联合补骨胶囊对桡骨远端骨折术后功能恢复的影响。方法:将106例桡骨远端骨折术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组53例。术后20 d,对照组予骨肽片口服和热敷治疗,治疗组予上肢洗方熏洗治疗和补骨胶囊口服,观察两组患者的腕关节功能及前臂旋转功能、疼痛程度,并评价疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组患者腕关节背伸范围以及前臂的旋前、旋后范围均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗2周后,治疗组患者疼痛程度明显改善(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为98.1%,对照组为81.1%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:上肢洗方联合补骨胶囊能促进桡骨远端骨折部位术后的恢复,缓解疼痛,对腕关节功能和前臂旋转功能的恢复有积极的作用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of shangzhi fumigation washing combined with Bugu capsules on function recovery of Barton fracture. Methods： The 106 patients with barton fracture were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 53 each. Twenty days after surgery, the control group was treated with bone peptide pieces and hot compress therapy, and the treatment group was treated with fumigation treatment with shangzhi fumigation washing and bugu capsules. Then the function of wrist joints and forearm rotation, degree of pain and curative effects were observed. Results： After four weeks treatment, the range of wrist dorsiflexion, pronation and supination of forearm was obviously improved（P〈0.05）, the pain of patients in treatment group was obviously improved（P〈0.05） after two weeks. The effective rate of treatment group was98.1%, higher than control group（81.1%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of shangzhi fumigation washing combined with bugu capsules could improve the function recovery of Barton fracture, ease the pain, and plays a positive role on the recovery of the function of wrist and forearm rotation.
