摘　　要：对近10年针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的文献进行总结,从治疗特点、影响因素、可能机制3方面进行概述,肯定针灸在治疗小儿脑瘫中的重要作用。认为针灸治疗小儿脑瘫以综合疗法为主,疗效确切。另外,影响针灸疗效的因素是多方面的,针刺手法、选穴、疗程、治疗时机等都会对疗效产生一定的影响。针灸治疗机制主要体现在促进大脑发育及神经功能的恢复上。The author summarized the literature of acupuncture treatment on Infantile Cerebral Palsy in 10 years,overviewed the literature from treatment characteristics, factors, possible mechanisms, affirmed that acupuncture played an important role in the treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy, and suggested that the treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy almost was combination therapy and it was effective. In addition, the factors of affecting the efficacy of acupuncture were multifaceted, the acupuncture techniques, the point selection, the course of treatment and the treatment time all have some impacts on the efficacy. The mechanisms of the acupuncture treatment are mainly reflected in the promoting the brain development and the recovery of the neurological function.
