循证护理结合“瑰及”乳膏对于不同分期压疮患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理结合"瑰及"乳膏对于不同分期压疮患者预后的影响。方法:压疮患者120例临床分期为Ⅰ级60例、Ⅱ级40例、Ⅲ级20例,根据发病情况积极给予个性化循证护理结合"瑰及"乳膏进行干预,周期为30 d。结果:干预后Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级患者的有效率分别为100%、97.5%和95.0%,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后所有患者都具有比较合理的行为状况,生活质量都比较好,不同分期患者的疾病信念、心理取向、情感压抑、情绪紊乱和生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、总体健康评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级患者对于干预工作的满意度分别为100.0%、95.0%和95.0%,3组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:循证护理结合"瑰及"乳膏应用于不同分期压疮患者都能有效改善预后与自我行为,提高患者的生活质量,改善护患关系。Objective： To investigate the prognosis effects of evidence-based nursing combined with ＂gui Ji＂ cream for the different stages of pressure ulcers. Methods： The 120 patients with pressure ulcers include 60 case stage Ⅰ, 40 cases stageⅡ,20 cases stage Ⅲ. All the patients were given the actively evidence-based personalized care combined with ＂gui Ji＂ cream for30 days. Results： After the intervention, the efficiency of the stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ respectively were 100.0%, 97.5% and 95.0%,compared with each other, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. All the patients had more reasonable behavior status,better quality of life after the treatment. The scores of illness beliefs, psychological orientation, emotional depression, mood disorders and physical function, physical function, bodily pain and general health among the different stages patients had no significance（P〉0.05）. The satisfaction of the stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 100.0%, 95.0% and 95.0%, the differences among the three groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The evidence-based nursing combined with ＂gui Ji＂ cream can increase the prognosis and the quality of life of patients with different stages of pressure ulcers, and can improve the nurse-patient relationship.
