摘  要:目的探讨H型高血压与早期肾损害的相关性。方法将符合入选标准的原发性高血压患者123例,根据血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的不同分为H型高血压组和单纯高血压组,分别测定血清Hcy、血半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys C)、尿微量白蛋白(MAU)。结果 H型高血压组中血清Hcy、Cys C水平、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)均较单纯组高,两组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05);对早期肾损害作Pearson相关分析显示,血清Hcy水平与早期肾损害呈正相关(r=0.359,P=0.007)。多元线性回归分析显示,血Hcy水平(R2=0.725,P=0.008)、LDL-C水平与早期肾损害密切相关,伴高同型半胱氨酸的H型高血压与早期肾损害密切相关。结论 H型高血压是早期肾损害的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the correlation between H type hypertension and early renal damage. Methods According to the different levels of homocysteine(Hcy), 123 cases of inpatients with essential hypertension were selected, and divided into H group and pure hypertension group. The levels of homocysteine(Hcy), Cystatin C(Cys C) and urinary microalbumin levels were measured by different methods. Results The detection of serum Hcy, Cys C, urinary MAU levels, H type hypertension group were better than those of simple group, there were significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the early renal damage, the serum Hcy level and early renal damage was positively correlated(r=0.359, P=0.007). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that, the blood Hcy level(R^2=0.725, P=0.008), LDL-C level and early renal damage were in close correlation.Conclusion H type hypertension were independent risk factors for early renal damage.
