川崎病的泌尿系统表现

摘　　要：川崎病是一种全身血管性炎症疾病,可以引起多器官受损。泌尿系统的表现常有血尿、蛋白尿和脓尿,严重者可导致急性肾损伤、肾炎、肾病综合征及肾小管功能受损,发病机制可能与肾血管炎及免疫性肾损伤有关。泌尿系统表现经对症治疗可随川崎病的好转而痊愈。本文就文献报道川崎病伴有泌尿系统表现的资料进行综述。Kawasaki disease is a systemic vascular inflammation disease. It can cause multiple organs damage. Manifestations of urinary system are hematuria, proteinuria and pyuria. Severe cases can lead to acute kidney injury, nephritis, nephrotic syndrome and renal tubular function. The pathogenesis may be associated with renal vascular inflammation and immune kidney injury. The manifestations of urinary system can improve as with the Kawasaki disease recover by symptomatic treatment. We reviewed the literatures reported kidney and urinary tract involvement in Kawasaki disease.
