320排CT在评价左心功能中的研究

摘　　要：目的研究320排CT在评价患者左心功能中的应用。方法采用320排CT评价86例原发性高血压患者左心功能,包括左心室舒张末期容积（end-diastolic volume,EDV）、收缩末期容积（end-systolic volume,ESV）、每搏输出量（stroke volume,SV）和射血分数（ejection fraction,EF）,与超声心动图测定的相关指标进行比较。结果 320排CT测定的左心功能各项指标与超声心动图存在较高的相关性（r=0.76～0.90）,两者无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论 320排CT在评价左心功能方面准确、可靠,与超声心动图所得各项指标相关性高,还可以同时进行冠脉病变诊断,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the application of the 320-slice CT for evaluation of left ventricular function.MethodsLeft ventricular function including end-diastolic volume,end-systolic volume,stroke volume and ejection fraction of 86 patiens with primary hypertension were evaluated by 320-slice CT,and those indexes were compared with echocardiographic findings.Results There was a high correlation（r=0.76～0.90）between 320-slice CT and echocardiographic in the determination of left ventricular function indexes,and there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion 320-slice CT is accurate and reliable in evaluation of left ventricular function,and it has a high correlation with echocardiography,320-slice CT can also evaluate coronary situation simultaneously.320-slice CT has high clinical value for diagnosis of heart disease.
