摘 要:目的探讨MRI在急性骨髓炎患者骨髓及软组织病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选取经穿刺手术病理学确诊的60例骨髓炎感染患者为研究对象,对所有患者均分别进行MRI和X线平片检测,分析其对患者骨髓及软组织病变的检测效果。结果 1X线平片显示6例异常;260例患者MRI扫描均显示异常,其中,SE T1WI及SE T2WI对骨髓及软组织病变的检出率分别为88.3%和80.0%,而STIR序列对骨髓及软组织病变的检出率为100%和91.7%,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两者对骨髓及软组织病变的检出率均显著高于X线平片,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于早期骨髓炎患者的检测X线平片的效果较差,MRI检测具有显著的优势,可作为急性骨髓炎患者的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of bone marrow and soft tissue lesions in patients with acute osteomyelitis.Methods 60 patients with osteomyelitis who were confirmed by surgical pathology biopsy were chosen for the study,all patients underwent MRI and X-ray examination,bone marrow and soft tissue lesion were analyzed.Results ① X-ray film showed 6cases were abnormal;② 2.60 patients with MRI scans showed abnormalities,SE T1 WI and SE T2 WI on bone marrow and soft tissue lesions were detected in 88.3% and80.0%,while the detection rate of STIR sequence on bone marrow and soft tissue lesion were 100% and 91.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The detection rate of both bone marrow and soft tissue lesions of MRI were significantly higher than the detection of X-ray film,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion X-ray film has less effective for early detection of osteomyelitis,MRI has a significant advantage,and can be a preferred method of acute osteomyelitis examination.
