摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是常见的慢性肝脏疾病之一,往往与肥胖、糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压病等胰岛素抵抗相关性疾病并存,严重威胁着人类的健康.代谢组学从整个生物学系统的角度理解其功能活动,被认为与中医学的整体思维具有高度一致性,已广泛应用于健康监测、疾病诊断、证候分类、疗效评价等各个方面.本文以NAFLD为例,综述了代谢组学在疾病诊断、发病机制、风险评估、证候分类、药物治疗效果评价等各个方面,旨在推动中医药治疗NAFLD的进展.Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） hasbecome the most common chronic liver disease and is related to many insulin resistancerelated diseases such as obesity,type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia and hypertensive disease, seriously threatening human health. Metabolomics focuses on understanding functional activities from an integrated perspective; it is similar to the holistic thinking of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. Metabolomics in TCM is mainly applied to the prevention and diagnosis of diseases, classification of syndromes and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy. In this article, we will review the applications of metabolomics technology in disease diagnosis, pathogenesis research, risk evaluation, syndrome classification and therapy of NAFLD based on TCM theory. Furthermore, we suggest that metabolomics could be used to provide a basis for TCM treatment of NAFLD.
