摘  要:[目的]研究LIM矿化蛋白-1(LMP-1)与颈椎后纵韧带骨化(OPLL)形成的相关性,为OPLL的预防提供新的理论方法。[方法]选取2012年3月~2013年12月本院颈椎后纵韧带骨化患者手术切除的16例后纵韧带标本为OPLL组,非骨化的20例颈椎后纵韧带标本为非OPLL组,通过免疫组织化学染色及RT-PCR技术分别检测两组标本中LMP-1及其mRNA的表达情况。[结果]LMP-1在OPLL组及非OPLL组中均有表达;LMP-1在OPLL组中表达量高于非OPLL组,二者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论]LMP-1与OPLL的形成有一定的相关性,是OPLL形成的原因之一;通过调节LMP-1的表达可能对OPLL的防治提供一个新的理论基础。[Objective] To search the correlation between LIM mineralization protein-1( LMP-1) and the ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament( OPLL) of the cervical spine,and provide a new theoretical method for the prevention of OPLL. [Methods] Samples of posterior longitudinal ligament in the OPLL group were harvested from 16 patients with the ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament,whereas specimen in the non-OPLL group were cut from 20 patients with spinal injuries or cervical spondylopathy without OPLL,who underwent surgical treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College between March 2012 and December 2013. LMP-1 and its mRNA of specimens in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR technology. [Results] LMP-1 expressed in both the OPLL group and in the non-OPLL group. However,the expression of LMP-1 in the OPLL group was higher than that in the non-OPLL group,and the difference between the two groups was statistical significant( P〈0. 05). [Conclusion] LMP-1 is related to OPLL in some ways. It implies that LMP-1 might play some roles in pathogenesis of OPLL,therefore,inhibition of LMP-1 expression might be a new approach to prevention of OPLL.
