Delphi法在建立神经根型颈椎病诊疗共识中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]形成神经根型颈椎病的诊断治疗专家共识。[方法]本研究初步拟定具有22个指标(流行病学、定义、症状、体征、保守治疗及手术治疗等)的神经根型颈椎病诊疗共识(草案),并应用Delphi法,对评估结果进行统计学分析。[结果]专家平均年龄45岁以上,平均从业年限20年以上,两轮专家评估结果回收率为64.29%和61.54%,权威程度均值>0.8,修订了神经根型颈椎病诊疗共识(草案),拟定了新的"神经根型颈椎病诊疗共识"。[结论]本研究经过了两轮的专家评估,应用Delphi法完善整合了新的"神经根型颈椎病诊疗共识"。[Objective] The aim of this study is to make a better clinic consensus of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（ CSR）. [Methods] The Delphi method was used to assess the 22 indicators,which consist of epidemiology,definition,symptom,sign,conservative treatment,surgery treatment and etc. Results were carried on statistics analysis. [Results] The average age of the experts was more than 45 years. The average work year of them was more than twenty and all the expert authority coefficient were above 0. 8. The questionnaires of the two rounds were collected 64. 29% and 61. 54% respectively. According to the experts opinions and scores of the indicators,the clinic consensus of CSR was written. [Conclusion] After two rounds consultation,the clinic consensus of CSR is formed by applying the Delphi method.
