摘 要:目的:探讨双源CT应用100 kV管电压扫描方案在冠状动脉成像中的应用价值。方法:将70例临床怀疑或确诊为冠心病患者,随机分为管电压100 kV组(低剂量组,35例)与120 kV组(常规组,35例)。其他条件一致,分别对两组图像质量和辐射剂量进行评价。入组条件:体质量指数(BMI)为20-24,窦性心率。结果:两组冠脉成像图像质量无显著差别,而100 kV辐射剂量较120 kV组显著降低(P〈0.01)。结论:应用双源CT做冠脉CT血管造影,给予100 kV管电压能够在保证图像质量,满足诊断要求同时降低辐射剂量。AIM: To evaluate the application of dual-source CT 100 kv tube voltage in low-dose computer tomography coronary angiography. METHODS: Seventy patients suspected of or diagnosed as having coronary disease( with BMI 20-24% and sinus rhythm) were randomly divided into two equal groups:study group( 100 kv tube voltage) and control group( 120 kv tube voltage). The image quality and radiation dose of the two groups were compared. RESULTS: No statistical difference was found in the scores of imaging quality between the two groups. The average effective radiation dose of the study group and control group were( 3. 29 ± 0. 56) m Sv and( 7. 22 ± 1. 43) m Sv,respectively,with significant differences between groups. CONCLUSION: Application of 100 kv tube voltage in CT coronary angiography can ensure good image quality and high diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery stenosis while it significantly reduces the radiation dose.
