摘 要:本研究在柴鸡饲粮中添加不同比例的松针粉,探讨其对柴鸡血清免疫球蛋白、生殖激素及肠道菌群的影响。试验选取120只160日龄、体重约1.0 kg的健康柴鸡作为供试鸡,分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。在基础日粮中分别添加0%、3%、5%、7%的松针粉。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组Ig A含量分别提高23.12%、18.01%、22.31%(P〈0.05);Ig G含量分别提高15.19%、20.50%、19.43%(P〈0.05);Ig M含量分别提高25.67%、20.49%、15.11%(P〈0.05)。3%添加组促卵泡雌激素(FSH)和孕酮(P4)含量分别提高17.90和22.09%(P〈0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组黄体生成素(LH)含量分别提高23.81%、17.46%、19.05%(P〈0.05);3%和5%添加组雌二醇(E2)含量分别提高19.96%、11.89%(P〈0.05)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大肠杆菌数量分别降低了30.77%、39.74%、37.82%(P〈0.01);而对乳酸杆菌数量影响不大(P〉0.05)。综上所述,松针粉可以提高柴鸡血清免疫球蛋白和生殖激素的水平,改善肠道微生物菌群。综合考虑,确定松针粉在柴鸡日粮中的最适添加量为3%。The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of pine needle powder on serum immunoglobulin, re- productive hormone and intestinal flora of free-range layers.A total of 120 free-range layers aged 160 days were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 10 each.The layers were fed a basal diet containing 0%,3%,5%,7% pine needle powder.The results showed as follows:compared with control,lgA content of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 23.12%, 18.01% and 22.31%,respectively (P 〈 0.05);IgG content increased by 15.19%,20.50% and 19.43%,respectively (P 〈 0.05) ;IgM content increased by 25.67%, 20.49% and 25.67% ,respectively (P 〈 0.05).The fallicle-stimulating normone (FSH) level and progesterone (P4) level improved significantly by 17.90% and 22.09%(P 〈 0.05) when pine needle pow- der adding level was 3%(P 〈 0.05);the luteinizing hormone (LH) levels increased by 23.81%, 17.46% and 19.05% ,re- spectively (P 〈 0.05) ;the estradiol (E2) levels improved significantly by 19.96% and 11.89% when pine needle powder adding level was 3% and 5% respectively (P 〈 0.05).The number of Escherichia coli was reduced by 30.77%, 39.74% and 37.82% respectively (P 〈 0.01 ) ;there was no significant differences among groups on the number of Lactobacillus (P 〉 0.05).In summary,serum immunoglobulin,reproductive hormones,and intestinal flora of free-range layers were improved by adding pine needle powder and 3% adding level of pine needle powder was recommended.
