摘  要:目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染及其基因型的分布,为临床早期诊断和防治提供科学依据。方法选择2012年1月-2014年6月皮肤科门诊收治的780例尖锐湿疣患者,采用导流杂交基因芯片技术(HybriMax)对其疣体组织标本进行HPV感染基因分型及HPV-DVA的检测,采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果 780例尖锐湿疣患者共检测出HPV-DNA 764例,阳性率为97.95%;764例阳性标本共检测出基因型21种,检出率排名前3位的基因型分别为HPV6 345例占44.23%、HPV11 276例占35.38%、HPV16 84例占10.77%;HPV筛查的年龄段集中在20-39岁,〈20岁和〉49岁的人群最少,其中HPV阳性构成比最高的年龄段为20-29岁,与其他年龄段相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染的基因型主要为HPV6、HPV11、HPV16,且多重化感染较为常见,感染的年龄段主要集中在20-39岁。OBJECTIVE To investigate human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and genotype distribution in condyloma acuminatum patients,and provide scientific basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS Totally780 cases of condyloma acuminatum patients from Jan.2012 to Jun.2014 admitted to the outpatient department of dermatology were selected,the flow-through hybridization and gene chip technology(HybriMax)was used on the wart tissue specimens for the detection of genotyping and HPV-DVA HPV infection.RESULTS HPV-DNA were detected in 764 out of the 780 patients,the positive rate was 97.95%.The 764 positive samples were detected to exhibit 21 genotypes and the genotypes with the detection rate of the top three were HPV6(345cases,44.23%),HPV11(276cases,35.38%),HPV16(84cases,10.77%).HPV screening most commonly happened in patients aged 20-39years,and least in those ages younger than 20 years and older than 49 years.The HPV positive constituent ratio was the highest in those aged 20 to 29years,with significant difference compared with other age groups(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The genotypes of HPV infection in patients with condyloma acuminatum are mainly HPV6,HPV11,HPV16,and multiple infections are common,age of infection is mainly concentrated in20-39years old.
