头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗脑卒中患者肺部感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察头孢他啶和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗脑卒中合并肺部感染的临床效果,研究控制感染的依据和防范方法,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取医院2010年3月-2013年10月脑卒中合并肺部感染334例符合标准的患者,随机分为对照组166例和观察组168例,对照组患者使用头孢他啶静脉滴注治疗,观察组患者使用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦静脉滴注治疗;治疗一个月后对比两组患者痰培养细菌清除率以及总有效率,采用SPSS18.0进行统计分析。结果治疗前,两组患者痰培养检出细菌334株,细菌清除率对照组为66.3%、观察组为88.1%;痊愈率对照组和观察组患者分别为32.1%和48.2%、总有效率分别为75.0%和95.2%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗脑卒中合并肺部感染的临床效果较好,安全性较高,值得信赖和临床上的广泛应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of ceftazidime and cefoperazone/sulfate in treatment of stroke accompanied by pulmonary infections and explore the basis for infection control and prevention methods,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.METHODS Totally 334 patients with stroke accompanied by pulmonary infections from Mar.2010 to Oct.2013 who met inclusion criteria were enrolled and were randomly divided into the control group（n=166）and the observation group（n=168）.Patients in the control group were given intravenous infusion of ceftazidime,while the observation group was given intravenous infusion of cefoperazone/sulfate.The two groups were compared for bacterial clearance rate by sputum culture and the total efficiency after one month of treatment.The software SPSS18.0was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS Before treatment,the number of strains were 334 by sputum culture.The bacterial clearance rate was 66.3%in the control group and 88.1%in the observation group.The curative rate was 32.1%and 48.2%and the total efficiency was 75.0%and 95.2%in the control group and the observation group,respectively.And there were significant differences between the two groups.CONCLUSIONCefoperazone/sulfate has good efficacy in treatment of stroke accompanied by pulmonary infections with high safety which is worthy of trust and clinically wide use.
