摘　　要：目的调查医院ICU工作人员手卫生依从性,分析其原因,以便采取相应的管理对策。方法采用自行设计的手卫生依从性调查表,对2013年1-4月45名不知情ICU工作人员手卫生的依从性进行调查,并随机抽样进行现场手部ATP荧光检测,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果共观察到1 791次手卫生指征,总体手卫生执行率为78.22%,总体手卫生依从率为62.65%;不同ICU工作人员手卫生执行率、依从率相比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01);ATP荧光检测150例,正确执行手卫生的合格率为96.00%,不正确执行手卫生的合格率为7.14%,未执行手卫生的合格率为0。结论医院ICU工作人员手卫生依从性较低,需要通过培训教育和加强管理提高人员手卫生的依从性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of hand hygiene compliance among ICU staff in a tertiary hospital and analyze the causes so as to take the corresponding countermeasures.METHODS A self-designed questionnaire was used to single-blindly investigation of the hand hygiene compliance among 45 ICU staff,and ATP fluorescence detection was performed randomly on the spot.The software SPSS13.0was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS A total of 1791 hand hygiene indications were involved.The overall implementation rate of hand hygiene was 78.22%,while the total hand hygiene compliance rate was 62.65%.Different healthcare staff had statistical differences in the hygiene rates and the hand hygiene compliance rates（P〈0.001）.ATP fluorescence detection was performed in 150 staff,showing that the qualified rate was 96.00% for those who correctly implemented hand hygiene,7.14%for those who did not implement hand hygiene correctly and 0for those who did not implement hand hygiene.CONCLUSIONThe hand hygiene compliance rate among ICU staff in a tertiary hospital is low.More training and education are needed and management should be strengthened to increase hand hygiene compliance.
