摘　　要：Web of Science数据库是评价机构学术影响力和科研实力的定量工具,机构检索是进行学术评价的重要手段,机构检索的查全率和查准率直接影响学术评价的权威性和准确性。Web of Science Database is quantitative tools to evaluate the influence of academic institutions and research strength .Institutions retrieval method is an important means of academic evaluation, institutional retrieval recall and precision rates directly affect the authority and accuracy of academic evaluation.
