摘　　要：通过对新媒体环境下的高校图书馆馆员执行力不足的原因进行分析,有针对性地提出对策来提升图书馆馆员的执行力,从而进一步促进高校图书馆的健康科学化发展。In this paper, based on the cause of University Library under the new media environment, the lack of execution of the librarian is analyzed, corresponding countermeasures proposed to enhance the Librarians＇ execution, so as to fur- ther promote the healthy and scientific development of University library.
