摘　　要：介绍郑州宇通重工TL525型轮胎式推土机的主要技术参数、主要结构及特点。该机是国内首台大功率轮胎式推土机,应用电控发动机与大能容变矩器匹配技术,制动系统采用双独立回路,采用电子控制换挡、微动控制、负荷传感转向及电控手柄操纵等先进技术。该机可广泛应用于矿山、水利、建筑、筑路、采煤、港口、农林及国防工程等领域,可完成开挖、堆积、回填、平整及压实等作业,具有可靠性高,工作效率高,操作舒适,油耗低,噪声小等特点,是短距离铲土运输的理想设备。It is an introduction to Model TL525 wheel type bulldozer made by YUTONG Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd.of Zhengzhou City,with major tech data,structures,and features.This type is the first one at home for its high power in a match-up of electric-controlled engine with a huge-capacity converter,and a brake system with dual independent circuits,and other advanced techs including electronic-controlled gear shift,micro-control,load-sensitive steering,and joy sticking.Therefore,the machine can be widely used in such fields as mining,water conservancy,building and road construction,coal mining,harbors,farming foresting,as well national defending projects,for its suitable performance in excavating,piling,back-filling,grading and compacting,beside its high reliability,high working efficiency,operational comfort,low fuel consumption rate,and low noise level,thus becoming an ideal earthmover for short distance.
