摘 要:通过分析近年来国内外沉管隧道工程的发展现状,以在建的港珠澳大桥海底沉管隧道为研究对象,对整体式管节与节段式管节开展了管节结构内力、管节及节段接头的受力与变形特性的计算分析,结果表明相比于整体式管节,节段式管节的结构内力降低显著,且管节接头的张开量有所减小,而管节接头的竖向剪力键受力基本相当,局部荷载段的节段接头剪力则较大。综合分析后,认为港珠澳大桥沉管隧道采用180m长的节段式管节结构形式是可接受的,研究结论可为其他同类工程提供参考。Through analyzing development trend of immersed tunnel and by taking the Hong Kong- Zhuhai-Macao-Bridge(HZMB) immersed tunnel under construction as study background, the monolithic element and segmental element are analyzed on aspects of internal forces of tunnel element structure, forces on immersion joint and segment joint and their deformation characteristics by comparative calculations. Compared with monolithic element, segmental element is divided into many smaller segments and structural internal force of tunnel element is apparently reduced and opening width of immersion segment joint is reduced as well while the forces on vertical shear key at immersion joint is basically equivalent. Shear force at segment joint of special loaded section is larger. The segmental element of 180m long is used in HZMB immersed tunnel, which is comprehensively acceptable. Special subject comparison of other similar works shall be studied during preliminary design phase to determine a reasonable solution under existing construction engineering conditions.
