摘  要:采用一维数值计算结合试验设计、Monte Carlo、响应面模型等方法,分析了影响电控高压共轨喷油器的喷油一致性参数的敏感性。针对某型试验喷油器,根据多参数抽样计算,得到怠速工况的循环喷油量方差为5.11mm3,标定工况的为3.45mm3,即由理论计算剖析了前者的一致性劣于后者的试验现象。且由分析可知电磁阀衔铁最大升程、进油节流孔直径等参数对循环喷油量以及喷油启、闭延迟等性能指标的影响,其中电磁阀衔铁最大升程对标定和怠速工况的循环喷油量一致性的影响权重分别为33.7%和52.5%。The parameter sensitivity of fuel injection consistency in common rail injector was analyzed based upon one dimensional simulation in combination with DOE, Monte Carlo method and RSM. A multi- parametric sampling simulation of a tested injector not only obtained that the variance of injection is 5.11 mm^3 at idling mode and 3.45 mm^3 at rated condition, i.e. that under mass production the injection uniformity at the former is worse than at the latter, but also demonstrated the influence of maximum armature-lift of solenoid valve, diameter of inlet throttle, etc. on some performance indexes such as injection quantity, delays of injection open and close. Remarkably, the effect of armature-lift on injection quantity consistency accounts for about 33.7% at rated condition and 52.5% at idling mode.
