摘 要:合成醇酸树脂,利用红外光谱仪和氧弹量热计分析醇酸树脂固化过程的分子结构变化以及固化前后的燃烧热值,并建立理论模型以分析自燃的可能性。结果表明:其固化过程中不饱和碳碳双键与氧发生反应,并推测该反应的放热效应引发自燃。根据氧弹量热计测定的树脂固化前后的完全燃烧热数据及热力学分析得到所合成树脂的固化反应放热量为5 383.6J/g。自燃理论分析表明,该放热量可能导致生产中的漆渣发生自燃。This work synthesized alkyd resin samples and utilized infrared spectrometer and bomb calorimeters to characterize Changes in molecular structure in the curing process and heat of combustion before and after the curing. The theoretical model was built to analyze the possibility of spontaneous ignition. The results showed that reaction between unsaturated carbon--car- bon double bond and oxygen happened in the curing process and it was found that the curing reaction was exothermic, leading to the spontaneous ignition. The heats of combustion of the un- cured and cured resins were obtained through the bomb calorim eters. Via the thermodynamics analysis the heat of curing was determined to be about 5 383.6 J/g. The spontaneous ignition theory analysis showed that the spontaneous ignition would oc- cur for a real waste in the industry.
