摘 要:用热重分析和锥形量热仪测试方法研究硼酸锌对PVC木塑复合材料燃烧过程产烟量的影响。样品由热压机压制成型,采用锥形量热仪、色谱、质谱对样品进行表征。研究结果表明:在WF-PVC中加入硼酸锌使热解过程残炭量增加52.83%,总产烟量降低55.8%,硼酸锌对WF-PVC阻燃与抑烟效果显著。PY-GC-MS分析表明:与PVC相比,WFPVC样品热解过程产生的氯化氢含量降低了66.03%;WFPVC中加入硼酸锌,热解产物HCl的含量增加1.64%。WFPVC和添加硼酸锌的样品燃烧产物中烷烃的含量分别增加29.15%和24.31%,烟毒性降低。WF-PVC样品燃烧产物烟毒性的来源主要是组分中烷烃类化合物、醛酮类化合物、多环化合物的数量。The effects of Zinc Borate on pyrolysis and combustion behaviors of PVC wood-plastic composite (WF--PVC) were in- vestigated by Thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and Cone cal- orimeter (CONE) analysis methods. The samples were pro- duced by thermocompressor and characterized by CONE, chro- matography and mass spectrum. It showed that the addition of Zinc Borate had significant effect on flame retardant and smoke suppression of WF--PVC, and it could make residues increased by 52. 83%. The Total smoking production (TSP) of WF-- PVC decreased 55.8% with the introduction of Zinc Borate. PY --GC--MS analysis showed that the content of hydrogen chlo- ride respectively decreased by 66. 03% and 1. 64% in WF-- PVC and meanwhile WF--PVC and the sample added Zinc Bo- rate had the content of alkanes respectively increased to 29. 15% and 24. 31%. The smoke toxicity of samples was de- creased. The toxicity of combustion products of WF- PVC mainly arose from the numbers of alkanes compounds, aldehyde ketone compounds and polycyclic compounds.
