摘  要:采用双氧水氧化升温实验,对原煤、原煤添加卤盐复合阻化剂和原煤添加新型协效阻化剂进行研究,通过煤样氧化升温趋势及阻化时间变化率考察阻化剂对灵石肥煤的阻化效果,并对阻化机理进行了分析。实验结果表明,添加工业废渣氧化铝厂赤泥-红色金矿尾渣的新型协效阻化剂能减小氧化速度、抑制煤的自燃,阻化效果最好,阻化时间变化率可达77.71%。新型协效阻化剂环境友好、工艺简单、经济成本低,且实现了尾矿资源的循环利用。Three kinds of coals, raw coal, coal with combined in- hibitor of halide salts, and coal with new synergistic inhibitor were analyzed by H2O2 temperature programmed oxidation tests. According to the temperature trends and inhibition time change rates, the effects of inhibitors on Lingshi raw coal and inhibition mechanism were discussed. The results showed that oxidation rate decreased sharply and coal spontaneous combus- tion could be obviously inhibited through adding red mud from alumina treating plant and red gold tailing into combined inhibi- tor . So the new synergistic inhibitor was best for preventing coat spontaneous combustion and the change rate of inhibition time was 77. 71‰. The new synergistic retardant is eco- friendly, simple and low cost. In addition, it can achieve recy- cling of mine tailing resource.
