摘 要:为了研究有机化蒙脱土对聚氨酯力学性能的影响,以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和聚醚二醇合成聚氨酯(PU)预聚体,二乙烯三胺为扩链剂,环氧树脂(E51)为固化剂,用有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)对其改性,采用原位聚合法合成了有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)/聚氨酯(PU)胶黏剂.通过红外光谱(FT-IR)表征聚合物的结构;X射线衍射(XRD)表征OMMT在基体中层间距的变化;扫描电镜(SEM)观察OMMT在基体中的分散和结构;通过剪切强度、剥离强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的变化分析OMMT对胶黏剂力学性能的影响.结果表明:在基体中OMMT的层间距变大并被剥离成单独片层,OMMT的添加量少于4%时能够均匀地分散在基体中;加入OMTT可以提高PU的综合性能,当OMMT的质量分数为4%时OMMT/PU综合性能最佳,胶膜剪切强度达到最大值8 MPa与纯PU(6.2 MPa)相比提高了29%,拉伸强度为283.1 MPa比纯PU(165MPa)提高了71%,断裂伸长率为569%比纯PU(403%)提高了41%.In order to analyze the effects of OMMT on PU mechanical properties, polyurethane (PU) was syn- thesized by diphenylmethane diisocyanate ( MDI), polyether diol, diethylenetriamine and organically modified mont- morillonite (OMMT) through in-situ polymerization. The structure of the modified PU was characterized by FT - IR. The dispersion and structure of OMMT in the matrix were studied by SEM. The influences of the OMMT on the properties of the PU matrix were investigated by the change of shear strength, peel strength, tensile strength and e- longation at break. The results showed that the most of OMMT was fully exfoliated into individual layers and uni- formly dispersed in the polystyrene matrix, interlayer spacing of OMMT was increased. The addition of OMMT im- proved the integrate capability of the PU, the best comprehensive performance of OMMT/PU can be achieved when the content of OMMT is 4wt%, the maximum shear strength of the OMMT/PU was 8MPa, that was increased by 29% than that of pure PU(22. 13MPa), the tensile strength was 283.1MPa, that was increased by 71% than that of pure PU (165MPa), the elongation at break was 569%, that was increased by 41% than that of pure PU (403%).
