摘 要:以某大型水氢氢冷却四极汽轮发电机定子为研究对象,根据CFD原理,建立1/48圆周结构的定子铁心、定子线圈、磁屏蔽及气隙的三维模型,选择合理的基本假设和边界条件,对定子内冷却介质和固体区域的温度场进行数值求解。计算结果显示固体部件最高温度出现在励端磁屏蔽外圆侧,温度值为399.9 K,定子铁心最高温度为376.3 K,没有超过最高温度限制,定子线圈最高温度出现在冷却水出口位置,温度值约为342 K,计算值与实验值的误差为5%。所得结果为氢冷汽轮机组的优化设计提供理论指导。The objects of this study is large water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooled 4-pole turbo-generator, according to the principle of CFD, the 1/48 three-dimensional model of stator core, stator coil, magnetic shielding and axial air gap are built, basic assumptions and boundary conditions are selected, temperature field of cooling medium and solid part in stator are solved numerically. The solid part of the highest temperature appeared in the outer side of the magnetic shield, which is about 399.9 K. The maximum temperature of stator core is 376.3 K and it isnt ex- ceeded the maximum temperature limit. The maximum coil temperature appeared in outlet location of cooling water, which is about 342 K, the relative error between calculated value and experimental value is about 5%. The results obtained may provide new theoretical guidance for the development and optimal design of the cooling system of large water-hydrogen cooled turbo-generator.
