黑化美洲豹中毒性肝炎的治疗

摘　　要：1只成年雄性黑化美洲豹,无重大病史,于2014年3月3日下午突然发病,发病初时表现为精神萎靡、四肢无力、弓背明显,进而剧烈呕吐,后陷入昏迷状态。对其尾静脉采血分析病因,生化检测结果显示:丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)为201 U/L;门冬氨基转移酶(AST)为427 U/L,属严重超标,提示肝功能异常;肝炎病毒分型检测结果均为阴性;结合其病程短、发病急的临床特点,诊断其患为急性中毒性肝炎。治疗过程遵循消炎、保肝、解毒的原则,静脉给药,大量使用甘利欣注射液,并配合V_C注射液、头孢曲松钠等药物。甘利欣有较强的抗炎、保护细胞膜、促进肝细胞再生的作用,对恢复肝功能、抑制肝损伤疗效显著。治疗后期改为灌肠治疗,经过2周的治疗,美洲豹精神及食欲恢复正常,各项指标趋于正常。A male adult black jaguar （ Panthera onca ）, without major medical history, suddenly suffered illness on 3 March 2014. It initially showed listlessness, weakness of limbs, and a sag- ging back, then developed hyperemesis and lapsed into a coma. Biochemical analysis results of caudal vein blood showed Alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and Aspartate transaminase（AST） were much higher than normal values, indicating abnormal liver function. On the other hand, hepatitis virus genotyping results were negative. According to the epidemiological characteristics of urgent onset and short duration, acute toxic hepatitis was diagnosed. Veterinarians took the therapeutic principles of anti-inflammatory, liver protection and detoxification, using Diammonium Glycyrrihiz- inate in a large dose, combined with other drugs such as Vitamin C and Ceftriaxone. Diammonium glycyrrihizinate had significant effects on anti-inflammation, protecting liver cells, and promoting restoration of liver function and inhibiting hepatic injury. In the late stage, enema treatment was conducted to replace intravenous injection. After two weeks of treatments, the spirit and appetite of the black jaguar returned to normal, and vital signs tended to be stable.
