摘  要:为了满足双机架平整机在二次冷轧模式下的厚度控制性能和精度要求,采用前馈、秒流量和监控3种AGC厚控方式。为了实现对厚度测量值的精确跟踪,在前馈和秒流量AGC中使用了同步传输寄存器;为了提高加减速阶段的厚控精度,根据轧制效率对辊缝进行补偿;为了消除厚度控制对入口张力的影响,加入入口张力辊的加速补偿功能。该厚度控制系统投入后运行良好,产品厚度精度达到了较高标准。Three automatic gauge control ( AGC) schemes,which are feed-forward AGC,mass flow AGC and monitor AGC, are used to fulfill the performance and accuracy demands of AGC under double cold reduction mode for the two-stand skin pass mill. The synchronous transport register is used in feed-forward AGC and mass flow AGC to precisely track thickness measurement value. And the roller gap is compensated according to the rolling efficiency to improve the AGC accuracy in ac-celeration or deceleration period. In addition, an accelerated speed compensation for entry tension roller is put forward to eliminate the influence on entry tension due to AGC adjustment. The success-ful application of this AGC system in the two-stand skin pass mill indicates that the AGC scheme is reliable and reaches the demanded performance indices.
