摘 要:设计了一套基于ARM的汽车传动轴表面圆跳动检测系统.通过步进电机驱动汽车传动轴绕轴线自转,利用激光位移传感器获取汽车传动轴表面相应检测位置上不同相位的半径,进而处理获得该检测位置的圆跳动量.步进电机的运行和激光位移传感器的采样在控制系统的管理下保持同步.在对汽车传动轴完成一周的测量后,系统自动将检测位置半径最大的相位转至压力机正下方进行校直.实测数据表明,系统能以高出传统检测方法3~4倍的速度完成汽车传动轴圆跳动检测与校直,并且精度能达到±0.02mm.This paper develops a system of circular runout detection of automobile transmission shaft based on ARM(Adranced Risc Machines). With stepping motor driver, the automobile transmission shaft ro- tates around its axis. And radius of different phases is obtained from detection positions on automobile transmission shaft surface by using a laser displacement sensor. Then the circular runout directing to de- tection positions will be processed. The operation of stepping motor maintains synchronous to sampling of laser displacement sensor under the management of the control system. After a circle of measurement to the au- tomobile transmission shaft, the system automatically turns the maximum phase of the detecting position radius to the place directly below the press machine for straightening. The measured data indicate that the system can com- plete the detecting; and straightening of surface circular four times as that of the traditional detection method, runout of the automobile transmission shaft as three to and the precision is within ±0.02 mm.
