摘 要:结合行业标准《非烧结砖砌体现场检测技术规程》的制订,对国家标准《砌体工程现场检测技术标准》GB/T50315中检测砂浆强度的10余种方法能否用于非烧结砖砌体工程的现场检测开展了大量的试验研究.研究表明,这些方法多数不能直接用于非烧结砖砌体工程的现场检测.根据试验回归建立了回弹法检测混凝土小砌块强度的公式,并根据试验研究数据重新回归拟合了用于非烧结砖砌体工程现场检测的公式,包括砂浆回弹法、筒压法、点荷法、砂浆片局压法等,可为行业标准《非烧结砖砌体现场检测技术规程》的编制提供参考.Combining with the establishment work of the professional standard Technical Standard for Site Testing of Unfired Block Masonry Engineering, lots of experimental investigation have been done to verify whether the over ten kinds of methods to test the strength of mortar in the national standard Tech-nical Standard for Site Testing of Masonry Engineering are applicable to unfired masonry engineering. Researches indicate that the majority of these methods cannot be directly applied to site testing of unfired brick masonry engineering. The formulas used for site testing of unfired brick masonry engineering were newly regressively fitted on the basis of experiment data, including that of the methods of mortar rebound, point load, compression in cylinder, local compression on mortar flake, etc, and the formula of the method of rebound used to test the strength of small concrete block is established according to the experiment, so as to provide a reference for the formulation of the professional standard Technical Standard for Site Tesring of Unfired Block Masonry Engineering.
