阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛注射液对缺血性脑卒中患者血小板聚集率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛注射液对缺血性脑卒中患者血小板聚集率的影响。方法对211例缺血中风患者,应用阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛注射液(7±3)d,分别以二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和花生四烯酸(AA)作诱导剂检测患者治疗前后血清中的血小板聚集率。结果与治疗前比较,以ADP及AA作为诱导的缺血性脑卒中患者血小板聚集率均进一步下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛注射液能促使部分阿司匹林非敏感患者,达到阿司匹林敏感水平(P=0.00)。结论阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛注射液能协同进一步降低缺血性脑卒中患者血小板聚集率,联合用药情况下能对阿司匹林抵抗产生一定疗效。Objective To observe the effects on platelet aggregation in ischemic stroke patients with the combina -tion of aspirin and Dengzhan Xixin injection .Methods A total of 211 patients with ischemic stroke were selected .The platelet aggregation ratio induced by adenosine diphosphate （ ADP） and arachidonic acid （ AA） were detected before and after the treatment with the combination of combination aspirin and Dengzhan Xixin injection for （7 ±3） days.Results Both of the platelet aggregation ratios induced by ADP and AA were significantly reduced after treatment （P〈0.05）.Mo-reover, the platelet aggregation ratio in some patients non -sensitive to aspirin was induced aspirin sensitive （P=0.00）. Conclusion The combination of aspirin and Dengzhan Xixin injection can cooperate to reduce the platelet aggregation ra -tio in patients with ischemic stroke , and can be helpful to alleviate aspirin resistance .
