摘 要:非晶合金具有独特的非晶体结构,其力学特性与传统金属不同。为了了解大块非晶合金的切削力特性,对Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10.0Be22.5进行车削实验并采集切削力信号;然后通过小波分析对切削信号进行处理,从而得到非晶合金的车削力特性。结果表明:切削力信号能量随切削参数增加趋向于低频分布,大块非晶合金车削变形机理呈现为微观脆性断裂。Due to the particular non-crystalline structure of bulk amorphous alloy, the mechanical properties of this alloy are not the same as those of traditional metal. In order to study the cutting force characteristic of bulk a- morphous alloy, Zr41 2Til3.8 Cu12. 5 Ni10.0 Be22. 5 Bulk amorphous alloy was machined by lathe and the cutting force sig- nals were collected. By using wavelet analysis, the turning force signals of the bulk amorphous alloy were disposed to get the characteristics of signal. The results of signal analysis has shown that signal energy distribution of cut- ting force tends to be in a low frequency band with the increase of cutting parameters, and the cutting deformation mechanism of bulk amorphous alloys is brittle fracture at a micro level.
