摘 要:从机床主传动系统结构扩大方式和顺序的理论出发,对主传动系统结构式计算公式重新进行了研究。结果表明:只要对现有的传动系统结构式稍加变化,就可以得到其结构式计算公式的通式,利用这个新公式,既可以求得机床主传动系统的转速级数,又可以与结构网直观对应。与传统公式比较,使用方便,在形式和内容上都具有实际意义,从而为机床主传动系统的设计提供了可靠的理论计算式。The calculation formulas of main transmission chain' s structural formulas had been studied in this arti- cle from the point of view of the theory on the enlarging manners and orders of systems. The result of research in- dicates that a general formula for the calculating of the transmission of machine tools can be obtained only if a small change is made for the existing one. Using this new formula, not only the rotational speed series of the ma- chine tools can be easily acquired, but also both theirs structural formula and network visually (visual?) corre- spondence. Compared with the traditional ones, it is convenient to use, and has significance meaning in practice both in the form and content. So it provides a reliable theoretical formula for the calculation of the main transmis- sion system of machine tool.
