摘  要:应用Flexsim对M工厂的美制直水嘴加工及组装流水线进行仿真,分析仿真结果,找出该生产系统中的瓶颈问题,提出可行的改善方案。再次利用Flexsim建模,对改善方案进行第二次和第三次改进,得到最终的改善方案,并比较改善前后的仿真结果,验证改善方案的可行性,为M工厂生产系统的改善提供有效参考。This paper uses Flexsim software to do a simulation on American system straight tap processing and as- sembly line, analyzes the simulation results, finds out the bottlenecks of the production system, and propose feasi- ble improvement solutions. And then it uses the Flexsim modeling again, to improve the program for the second and third time, get the final improvement plan, and compare simulation results before and after improvement, ver- ify the feasibility of the improvement plan. It will provide a reference for the improvement of production systems in M plant.
