摘 要:利用热模拟试验机Gleeble3500模拟单、双丝埋弧焊条件下G2钢的粗晶区组织,模拟的线能量分别为19.5 kJ/cm、25 kJ/cm、39 kJ/cm、50 kJ/cm。研究了模拟的粗晶区组织和性能。研究表明,无论在何种线能量下,G2钢粗晶区的冲击功都很低。断口均为脆性的沿晶或(和)穿晶断裂。随线能量增加,粗晶区晶粒长大,同时针片状析出物析出、聚集、长大。线能量不大于39 kJ/cm时,其对粗晶区的硬度、耐磨性等影响不大,但当线能量增加到50 kJ/cm时,粗晶区性能显著变坏。By means of thermal simulated test machine Gleeble 3500,the coarse grain zone structures under the conditions of single and double wire submerged arc welding are simulated.The simulated heat inputs are 19.5 kJ/cm,25 kJ/cm,39 kJ/em and 50 k J/era respectively ;the simulated coarse grain zone stru,.:tnres and properties are researched.Research shows that the impact work of G2 steel eoarse grain zone is very. low in any heat input.The fraettured surfaces are all brittle intererystalline fracture or (and) transcrystalline fracture.With heat input increase,grains of coarse grain zone grow,and needle flake precipitates appear,assemble,and grow.When heat input is ≤39 kJ/cm,it has little influence on hardness and wear resistant of coarse grain zone.However,when the heat input increase to 50 kJ/cm, the properties of coarse grain zone deteriorate.
