摘 要:采用CaCl2化学浸渍法对普通竹炭进行改性,并将其用于模拟活性染料废水的吸附脱色,考察了脱色工艺条件的影响。结果表明:改性后,竹炭的吸附性能可以提高4倍以上;在实验范围内,脱色率随改性竹炭用量的增加而显著增大(当用量达到2.5 g时,脱色率接近100%);脱色率随处理时间的延长而逐渐增大(当处理时间为12 h时,脱色率接近90%);吸附脱色实验宜在酸性条件下进行,最佳的p H值为5,温度对脱色影响较小。The ordinary bamboo charcoal was modified by chemical impregnation using CaC12, and the modified bam- boo charcoal was used to adsorbed reactive dyes in simulated wastewater. The decolorization process conditions were in- vestigated and it was shown that the adsorption capacity of bamboo charcoal could be increased more than 4 times after modification. Within the limits of experiment, the decolorization rate increased significantly with the increase of modified bamboo charcoal dosage and it was close to 100% when the dosage was 2:5 g. The decolorization rate increased gradually with the extension of treatment time, it was close to 90% after 12 hours. The adsorption and decolorization experiments should be carried out under acidic conditions, the optimal pH value was 5, and the effect of temperature was slight.
